This is just a short note to thank you and your installer/technician Josh for a great job. So far everything looks great and we are really pleased. You guys have it nailed when it comes to scheduling and accommodating customer needs.
I want to mention Josh in particular. I’m sure I’m telling you something you already know but Josh really worked above and beyond to get this project done quickly and very efficiently. He put in two long days and got it done with great quality. He was very thoughtful about the working environment, checking in with us to make sure the extended work day was ok all around. No complaints here…or from the neighbours. Great job!
I don’t know if you are planning to come by for a final inspection, but I really appreciated that you attended each day to make sure things were going smoothly. It was very reassuring and another example of your excellent customer service.
