Vista Limited Lifetime Warranty

Alco Ventures Inc. (Vista) warrants that it’s Vista *Residential Aluminum Railing, Fencing and Patio Cover with standard Alco applied factory finish will meet the AAMA 2604 Specification against splitting, peeling, flaking, blistering or fracturing under conditions of normal use for the life of the product our residential warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original purchaser and is not assignable or transferable.

Vista Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage due to normal weathering, chalking, scratching, fading, corrosive atmosphere contaminants (e.g. Chemical fumes, pollution, salt or salt air conditions within a mile of open ocean), volcanic ash, lightning, windstorm, tornadoes, or any other act of God, explosions, riots, civil disturbances, war, misuse or abuse, or other causes beyond the control of Alco Ventures Inc.

This warranty does not include those screws and/or other fasteners used in the assembly and/or installation of this railing, fencing and/or patio cover.

Alco Ventures Inc. will not be required to honour this warranty if the railing, fencing, and/or patio cover has not been installed by an authorized Vista Dealer and if installation has been modified, altered, or changed in any manner at time of installation or thereafter, by anyone other than an authorized Vista Dealer. Alco will not be required to honour this warranty without being given a reasonable opportunity to have its representative investigate any claim made. If after investigating the claim, Alco Ventures Inc. sole liability and the Owners only remedy shall be as follows:

Alco Ventures Inc. may choose either to repair or replace any of the railing, fencing, and/or patio cover that are deemed defective by Alco and the cost of labour and shipping to repair or replace, shall be the responsibility of the original purchaser.

Any claim under this warranty must be made within 14 days after the circumstances giving rise to any such claim are discovered by the Owner.

Any claim under this warranty must be made in writing to Alco Ventures Inc. at sales@alcoventures.com, or to the installing Dealer, and must include a copy of this warranty document.

Alco Ventures Inc. will not be responsible or liable for loss of use of the said railing, fencing, and/or patio cover or any costs or damages that are consequential to any defect of the said Vista product.

This warranty shall be construed and enforced in accordance with, and the rights of the parties here shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any and all disputes arising under the warranty, whether as to interpretation, performance or otherwise, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia.

THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ADDITIONALLY ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY.
