"We just wanted to send a quick note to let you know tat we are very pleased with the timely installation of the railings on our deck.  Unfortunately, we don't know the name of the gentleman who worked at our house, but we found him to be very pleasant and hard-working.  He asssured us from the beginning of the project that he would do whatever it took to complete the railing on time and he worked efficiently and did an excellent job.  He had to make many trips up and down our steep driveway carrying heavy materials and he did so without a single complaint - and if you've seen our driveway, you'll understand what a challenge this was!
